Creating an organization and inviting your team

An organization lets multiple people share boards and collaborate on the same issues. Setting one up takes under two minutes.

Step 1 β€” Create the organization

From the workspace selection screen (available after login or via Manage organizations in the breadcrumb), tap New organization.

Fill in:

  • Name β€” your company, team, or project name
  • Key β€” a short abbreviation (2–4 characters) shown in the workspace switcher and used in board key prefixes
  • Color β€” identifies your org in the breadcrumb and switcher

Tap Create. You are immediately set as the Owner.

Step 2 β€” Enter the organization

Tap the organization tile on the workspace screen. You are now working inside the shared organization workspace. Any boards or spaces you create here will be visible to members you invite.

Open the user avatar menu (top right corner) and tap My organization. On the Members tab, you will see an Invite link card.

Tap Copy link and send the link to your teammate in Telegram, by email, or however you prefer. When they open the link:

  1. They are prompted to log in with Telegram if not already logged in
  2. They see your organization name and a confirmation screen
  3. They tap Accept and join as a Member

Step 4 β€” Verify the member joined

Return to the Members tab. The new member will appear in the list with the Member role. You can change their role to Admin if needed.

The invite link does not expire automatically. To invalidate it β€” for example if you shared it publicly by mistake β€” tap Regenerate. A new link is created and the old one stops working. Existing members are not affected.

What new members see

New members immediately see all boards and spaces in the organization according to the default permission settings. If you want more granular control β€” for example, allowing a contractor to see only one specific space β€” configure permissions before sharing the invite link.

See Permissions management.
