This guide walks you through the minimum steps to have a working board with your first issue on it.
Step 1 β Log in
Open @laraue_boards_bot in Telegram or visit msgboard.laraue.com in your browser and log in with your Telegram account.
On the workspace screen, tap Personal to start without setting up a team.
Step 2 β Create a board
On the Backlog screen, tap the + button (bottom right) and choose New board. Give it a name β for example, "Work" or "Client Project". Pick a color. Tap Create.
Your board is created with three default columns: To Do, In Progress, and Done.
Step 3 β Add your first issue
There are two ways to add an issue:
From Telegram β go to any Telegram chat and forward or share a message to the bot. It appears in your Backlog. Tap it, then tap Assign to board, pick your board and a status column.
Manually β on your board, tap the + button at the bottom of any column. Type the content of the issue and confirm.
Step 4 β Move the issue
Drag the issue card from one column to another to update its status. On mobile, press and hold the card briefly before dragging β a slight delay prevents accidental moves while scrolling.
Step 5 β Find it again
Every issue gets a unique key like WRK-1. You can mention this key in Telegram and anyone with access to the board immediately knows what task you mean. Use the search icon on the board to filter by text.
