The Members tab in the organization panel is where you manage everyone who has access to your organization's boards.
Viewing members
Open My organization from the user avatar menu. The Members tab lists all current members with their:
- Name and Telegram username
- Role badge (Owner, Admin, or Member)
- Action buttons
Member roles
Owner β one per organization. Has full control including deleting the organization. Cannot be removed by anyone else. To transfer ownership, contact support.
Admin β can create and delete boards, manage members, and change permissions for others (except the Owner). Useful for team leads or project managers.
Member β the default role for new joiners. Can view and interact with issues according to their individual permission settings. Cannot manage other members.
Changing a member's role
Tap the permissions icon next to a member and navigate to the role selector. Only Owners and Admins can change roles. An Admin cannot promote someone to Owner.
Revoking access
Tap the revoke button (arrow icon) next to a member. A confirmation appears. On confirmation, the member immediately loses access to all organization boards and spaces.
Revoked members can rejoin using a new invite link if you choose to send them one.
The Owner cannot be removed
The revoke button is disabled for the Owner. If the owner needs to leave the organization, they should transfer ownership to another member first, or delete the organization entirely.
When a member is revoked
- They are immediately removed from the member list
- They can no longer access any boards, spaces, or issues belonging to the organization
- Issues they created remain β content is not deleted when a member is removed
- Their name remains on any issues they created or commented on
Security practices
- Regenerate the invite link periodically β especially if it was shared in a public channel or group
- Review the member list when a project ends or a contractor finishes their engagement
- Grant minimal permissions by default and expand as needed rather than giving everyone full access from day one
